Refund policy

All returns must be approved by Hemma Homewares. If you would like to make a return, please visit us in-person at 207 SE A St. in Bentonville, AR or please email hemmahomewares@gmail.com and let us know which item you would like to return. The item must be in its original condition (no usage or tags removed). If the item appears used, Hemma Homewares has the right to refuse a return or exchange. If the item was shipped, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
