Orders are fulfilled in 1-2 business days. Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, your shipping time will vary, but you can typically expect it in 3-5 business days. We do our best to get all orders shipped out as quickly as possible!

All returns must be pre-approved by Hemma Homewares. If you would like to make a return, please email hemmahomewares@gmail.com and let us know which item you would like to return. The item must be in the original condition (no usage or tags removed). If the item appears used, Hemma Homewares has the right to refuse to return or exchange.
